COMMUNITY INCLUSION FACILITATOR (Support Worker): (1 Positions, 35 hours per week, $14.25 - $15.50 per hour) 

Working in the community access day program with a variety of individuals. Fun activities supporting individuals with their volunteer and recreational pursuits. The successful candidate will have completed high school and some college or technical training and have their own vehicle with a valid driver's license. The candidate must have First Aid/CPR training or be willing to obtain this training within the first 3 months of employment. All employees must be willing to obtain a basic security clearance and criminal record check. Experience working with adults with disabilities and definite asset.

OUTREACH SUPPORT WORKER: (I position, 15 hours per week, $15.00 - $15.50 per hour)

Fun activities assisting individual with daily life skills, budgeting, social skills, self esteem building, cooking, meal planning, community access. The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with disabilities, and have a reliable vehicle with a valid drivers license. The candidate must have First Aid/CPR training or be willing to obtain this training within the first 3 months of employment. All employees must be willing to obtain a basic security clearance and criminal record check prior to commencing employment.
